I Stand With Judge Roy Moore

Please, please wake up to your enemies’ tactics against what is left of our God-fearing nation.  They are ruthless and will outright lie.  Their mantra:  The end justifies the means.  They hate God.  They hate America.  They hate our Constitution.  They hate you.  And they are at war with you.

First, I want to say that in America an accusation or multiple ones should NEVER lead to the loss of someone’s reputation or job.  Shame on every person who has said they have no reason to doubt any of Roy Moore’s accusers.  The truth is it is impossible to assess whether to believe or not believe any of these accusations without acquiring more information.  Also, before any action should be taken in any case, we must insist on actual proof of a crime or two witnesses to a crime.  Anything less is simply taking one person’s word over another’s.  Acting on verbal accusations is a standard that will make this an unbearable country to live in (think French Revolution).

In my opinion, those listening only to the Main Stream Media, cannot possibly be informed people.  For around $5.00 a month, ROKU and high speed internet, you can get One America News (OAN).  OAN is a must watch news station.  It is far more informative than Fox News. The following YouTube channels on ROKU are also informative:  Bill Still, The White House, Right Side Broadcasting, Golden State Times, TV7 Israel News, Prophecy Update Videos, and Behold Israel.  Breitbart News and Gateway Pundit are great for daily news items.  The following information, which everyone needs to know about the Roy Moore accusations, is available from these sources.  Based on what you read below, you decide whether you have been informed by the media sources you listen to.

Roy Moore has been a controversial figure in American politics for a long time.  He came to national attention when he refused to remove the Ten Commandments from his court room.  He most recently pointed out that the same-sex marriage ruling from the Supreme Court is not law (it is not, courts do not make law, legislatures do).  He has been in the political spotlight many times.  It is beyond curious why, after all this national attention, these “accusations” are being floated at this time.  And it all started with a Washington Post article on November 9th.

ACCUSER #1:  Washington Post

Accusation:  Published “accusations” from multiple women against Roy Moore

Background:  The owner of the Washington Post since 2013 is Jeff Bezos, Amazon CEO.  Bezos hates Donald Trump and his agenda and those who might help him pass his agenda (i.e., Roy Moore).  In addition, a “longtime editor” of the Washington Post is David Hagedorn.  David has a brother, Richard Hagedorn, a convicted drug dealer.  He was brought up on contempt charges stemming from back payments for alimony and child support in 1994.  The judge who ruled against him, causing him to make payments that continue to this day:  Roy Moore.

Also, here in this post is a recording of a robo call FROM the Washington Post to Democrat women that was captured by a local Alabama station offering $5,000 – $7,000 to women between the ages of 54-57 for damaging remarks against Roy Moore (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THa0-3xMOY, titled “Moore Accuser Removes Anti Moore, Anti Trump FB Rants, 1889” from the Bill Still YouTube channel — YouTube is blocking this link so please go directly to Bill Still’s Channel to view, https://www.youtube.com/user/bstill3)

ACCUSER #2:  Leigh Corfman (from Washington Post November 9th article)

Accusation:  In February 1979, Corfman claims Moore offered to watch her while her mother went into court for a custody hearing.  She was 14 years old.  He asked for her phone number.  Days later he picked her up around the corner from her mom’s house in Gadsden and drove her to his home where some clothing was removed and some inappropriate touching was done, but when she requested to go home, Moore took her home.

Background:  According to Etowah County Courthouse documents, it was not clear that the custody hearing that Corfman referenced was actually a hearing.  However, on February 21, 1979, court documents show that custody was transferred from the mother to the father.  How could Moore have picked Corfman up from around the corner from her mom’s house after that when she was supposed to be living with her father in a different county (Ohatchee)?  Her claim that her life spiraled out of control after the Moore incident is questionable.  In those same court documents before the Moore incident, the custody transfer was occurring because of Corfman’s behavioral and disciplinary problems.  Also, Corfman’s mom told Breitbart News that Corfman did not have a phone in her room.  Even if true, remember, phone numbers in 1979 were actually the phone numbers of parents not children.  According to public records, the location Corfman gave as Moore’s pick up location was a mile away from her mother’s house across a major thoroughfare.   (This information came from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7qjeaQTBAM, “BREAKING:  Judge Roy Moore Campaign Officials give EXPLOSIVE Press Briefing” from Golden State Times YouTube channel.)  While Corfman’s political connections are unclear, her son, Garner Polston, has a Facebook history of trashing Donald Trump, Jeff Sessions, religion, and law enforcement according to gotnews.com.

ACCUSER #3:  Wendy Miller (from Washington Post November 9th article)

Accusation:  Met Moore at the Gadsden Mall when she was a 14-year-old Santa’s helper.  After she was 16, Moore asked her out on a date.  Her mom said no.

Background:  This is not an immoral or illegal act.  The age of consent in Alabama is 16. This does not qualify to be part of the left’s narrative that Moore is a child predator.

ACCUSER #4:  Debbie Wesson Gibson (from Washington Post November 9th article)

Accusation:  She was 17 when Moore spoke to her high school civics class and asked her out on several dates that did not progress beyond kissing.

Background:  This is not an immoral or illegal act.  The age of consent in Alabama is 16. This does not qualify to be part of the left’s narrative that Moore is a child predator.

ACCSER #5:  Gloria Thacker Deason (from Washington Post November 9th article)

Accusation: She was an 18-year-old cheerleader when Moore began taking her on dates that she claimed included wine.

Background:  While the legal drinking age in Alabama is 19, this supposedly happened in a dry county.  For those of you not from the south, that means alcohol is not available AT ALL in the county. This is not an immoral or illegal act.  The age of consent in Alabama is 16.  This does not qualify to be part of the left’s narrative that Moore is a child predator.

ACCUSER #6:  Gena Richardson (from Washington Post November 15th article)

Accusation:  Met Moore at the Gadsen Mall in 1977 around her 18th birthday.  Moore pestered her for a date and at the end of it gave her an unwanted “forceful” kiss.

Background:  The age of consent in Alabama is 16. This does not qualify to be part of the left’s narrative that Moore is a child predator.

ACCUSER #7:  Becky Gray (from Washington Post November 15th article)

Accusation:  Met Moore at the Gadsen Mall when she was 22.  Repeatedly asked her out, but she declined.  Gray complained to her manager who told her that it was not the first complaint of Moore hanging out at the mall.

Background:  This is not an immoral or illegal act.  The age of consent in Alabama is 16.  This does not qualify to be part of the left’s narrative that Moore is a child predator.

ACCUSER #8:  Faye Gray (retired Alabama police officer)

Accusation:  Gray claimed she was responsible for keeping an eye on Moore at the Gadsden Mall because he would make unwanted sexual advancements on young women.

Background:  There is no documentation to back up this claim and others who worked security at the mall have contested the truth of this claim.  Gray’s brother, Jimmy Wright, was arrested for distributing controlled substances in 1981.  The prosecutor for his case:  Roy Moore.

ACCUSER #9:  Tina Johnson (from AL.com)

Accusation:  Moore grabbed her butt while she was in his law office on legal business with her mother in 1991 at the age of 28.

Background:  Johnson was in Moore’s office to sign over custody of her 12-year-old son to her mother after a nasty custody case.  Her mother’s lawyer:  Roy Moore.  As late as 2010, Johnson pled guilty to felony fraud charges related to checks belonging to a family member and third degree theft of property.  Also, Johnson has participated in a court drug program. This does not qualify to be part of the left’s narrative that Moore is a child predator.

ACCUSER #10:  Beverly Young Nelson (November 13th Press Conference)

Accusation:  Moore groped her and pushed her head into his lap and then pushed her out of his car when she was 16 years old.  She and Gloria Allred provided a signed yearbook as “evidence.”

Background:  There are so many problems with this one.  First is Nelson’s hiring of Gloria Allred (she is under two investigations for misconduct as an attorney).  The rest is from what I consider most problematic to least.  Nelson neglected to inform the press that in 1999 her divorce case was handled by a certain judge:   Roy Moore.  If this accusation is true, why didn’t Nelson raise this as a conflict of interest for Moore handling her divorce case back then?  Also, the signature produced in the yearbook has multiple problems.  The biggest is that on November 13th Nelson and Allred specifically said the yearbook entry was written entirely by Moore.  When obvious inconsistencies in the writing were pointed out, Nelson admitted on December 8th she had added notes to the entry.  Nelson was either lying on November 13th or December 8th.  You pick.  But another major problem with Moore’s supposed signature is the letters “D.A.” at the end of his name.  Moore was not in the habit of signing his name that way and he was not the District Attorney in 1978 (Moore was the Deputy District Attorney).  However, on Nelson’s 1999 divorce decree, Moore’s signature does appear with a “D.A.” after it.  Here’s why.  It is normal procedure for a clerk to initial a stamped signature on a legal document to verify that the stamp is authentic.  The name of Moore’s assistant in 1999:  Delbra Adams (D.A.).  (This information came from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zn0SsUDYdlk, “BREAKING:  Judge Roy Moore’s Lawyer Hold VERY IMPORTANT Press Conference” from Golden State Times YouTube channel.) There are even more issues with the remaining facts surrounding this accusation.  There appear to be two different colored inks for the entry (however, no one will know for sure because Nelson will not release the yearbook for independent analysis).  Yearbooks are usually signed at the end of the school year not at Christmas time.  The location of the “attack” was The Old Hickory House (not “Olde” as written in the yearbook).  Nelson claimed she started working there at 15; however, the restaurant required employees to be 16.  The restaurant dumpsters were on the side of the building not in the back as Nelson claimed.  The closing time claimed by Nelson has been debunked by other former employees.  Nelson claimed Moore was a customer at the counter of the restaurant; however, those customers were served by the bartender, not by a waitress.  Many former workers never remember Moore being a customer at the restaurant.  A boyfriend of Nelson at the time of the supposed incident told Breitbart News that he does not believe his ex-girlfriend.  Neither does her stepson.  (All these are documented at Breitbart News, Bill Still and Gateway Pundit.) This does not qualify to be part of the left’s narrative that Moore is a child predator.

ACCUSER #11:  Kelly Harrison Thorp (New York Times)

Accusation:  Moore asked her for a date when she was 17.

Background:  This is not an immoral or illegal act.  The age of consent in Alabama is 16.  This does not qualify to be part of the left’s narrative that Moore is a child predator.

SUMMARY:  So out of 9 female “accusers” (not including the Washington Post or the Mall Security person), only four of them would qualify as problematic IF they were true.  In those four cases, enough revenge and/or financial incentive and/or doubt is present to make them suspect.  This document exposes another tactic of the left:  Pile on the “accusers” even if their accusations aren’t really accusations.  Bigger numbers are being used as a substitute for proof.  But big numbers are not proof and nothing presented by the Establishment has proved Roy Moore is “guilty beyond a reasonable doubt” in ANY of these accusations.  That is and should be our standard in America before convicting anyone or depriving them of a job or opportunity.

.

COMMENTARY:  My biggest problems with these accusations are the timing and the financial incentives.  The money being spent by the Establishment (both Republican and Democrat) against Roy Moore is stunning.  I do not know Roy Moore personally.  But I’ve listened to those who do (Here is one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkXSIHS3X1M, “I Knew Roy Moore in Vietnam, 1910” from Bill Still YouTube channel) and they are not buying what the Establishment is trying to sell in this race.  By the way, did you know that when Mitch McConnell was 30, his wife was only 19.  Even more shocking, when John McCain was 30, his wife was 12!!  Where are the calls for their resignations based on age inappropriateness?  This is the height of hypocrisy!

Why should you care about what is happening in the Alabama Senate race?  Because the enemies of Americans are displaying how they operate.  It was done to Todd Akin in Missouri by some of the same Republicans attacking Roy Moore.  And it has happened right here in El Paso county.  I have seen it firsthand done to Christians and/or conservatives who dared to enter or advance in the Republican political arena.  What I have seen in my experiences inside the Republican party has been purely despicable.  They are relying on our sense of moral outrage at the accusation to keep good people out of political office.  We need to be informed.  We need to be able to recognize these “end justifies the means” tactics.  We need to support good people no matter how despicable the accusations are until the standard of “beyond a reasonable doubt” has been firmly met.  Our country can no longer afford for us to be their useful idiots in the voting booth.

Make no mistake; President Trump is next up for accusation warfare.  Get ready!

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord…” Psalm 33:12

A Word of Encouragement From the Lord After a Dark Tuesday in America:

Psalm 64 (Amplified)

(1) Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint; guard and preserve my life from the terror of the enemy.  (2) Hide me from the secret counsel and conspiracy of the ungodly, from the scheming of evildoers, (3) Who whet their tongues like a sword, who aim venomous words like arrows, (4) Who shoot from ambush at the blameless man; suddenly do they shoot at him, without self-reproach or fear.  (5) They encourage themselves in an evil purpose, they talk of laying snares secretly; they say, Who will discover us?  (6) They think out acts of injustice and say, We have accomplished a well-devised thing!  For the inward thought of each one [is unsearchable] and his heart is deep. (7) But God will shoot an unexpected arrow at them; and suddenly shall they be wounded. (8) And they will be made to stumble, their own tongues turning against them; all who gaze upon them shall shake their heads and flee away.  (9) And all men shall [reverently] fear and be in awe; and they will declare the work of God; for they will wisely consider and acknowledge that it is His doing.  (10) The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall be glad in the Lord and shall trust and take refuge in Him; and all the upright in heart shall glory and offer praise.
